This is my brother's company and I was once an employee here. He is an incredibly responsible and fair business owner. He takes care of his employees which translates into taking care of their customers. If you are looking for an honest professional that provides quality painting services call Performance Painting Co. They will take care of you.
The word performance brings to mind things like "superior execution" "applause worthy" "excellent quality" "remarkable ability" etc. Be advised that this company is none of the above. I would equate their "performance" to that of a preschool dance recital that you sit through in agony because you love the preschooler. Do not let this fraud of a company (to put it nicely) near your home. My wife and I had a brand new home built and this is the company the home builder chose to paint the interior of our home. They did an atrocious job and left my wife in and me in a state of contempt an anxt. Brand new hardwood floors had paint around all the edges from lack of care and professionalism in their feeble attempt to protect any non painted surfaces. Windows and window frames had a solid 1/8" of paint around them because they didn't tape and cut in corners properly. The top of our door frame moldings feel like sand paper because they couldn't bother to use a paint brush or roller. It's only evident that if a spray gun couldn't get it done, it just wasn't going to get done. We have parts of walls that look like a snow leopard from the uneven coverage. Worse yet: there are parts of walls that didn't even have paint on them! Please take note that all of this shoddy workmanship was asked to be corrected as part of our pre-signing walk through; much to our dismay the "touch-up" work just compounded the issues! I was contacted by Levi at "Performance Painting" for an additional touch up which I declined sighting the issues mentioned here. I, however, offered to meet him in our home to show him why I declined letting the company in our home again to which he responded by saying "I'll be in contact and see if we can work something out." I've yet to hear back. From anyone. I got the builder involved at least a week ago and still have not heard back.
Professionals and performers alike take pride in their work. Here's the bottom line: this company and their employees have none; they clearly don't qualify as professionals. I would expect so much more of a professional paint company; let alone one with the word performance in the name! Given the choice of sitting through 100 preschool dance recitals or letting this company paint for me, I'd take the dance recitals; a thousand times over. Consumer please beware! Please thinking twice or even three times about using them!
