I love Home Depot, shop there all the time, in the store they are awesome. On two different ocassions over the past month we have ordered appliances through them, no problems in store during the purchase. On both occasions the delivery company gave no heads, called when they were at our rentals with no on there and left, very difficult to reschedule and were extremely rude on the phone. The worst delivery company I have ever worked with, will never order an appliance through Home Depot again.
Over these past few months, I have been in here multiple times a week and only once did I leave a little unimpressed. We are building a new kitchen from scratch so we have needed to get EVERYTHING you can think of. 9/10 times we have been helped by someone very kind and knowledgeable about their department and we've left with everything we've needed. They've worked well with us on returns and other situations. Overall, this is a good home depot with a great staff. You might get someone who is less than enthusiastic to be there but the majority of the time, it's a great experience.
Easy to get professional help quickly as they've always got plenty of staff roaming around. Everyone is always friendly and kind, and will go the extra mile to help
The staff were easy to find and were very helpful and positive. They got our items loaded in the truck very quickly! Will definitely go there again!
This isn't the closest HD to me, but when I came here there was a safety fair out in the parking lot with the Utah Highway Patrol, a local fire fighting unit, and an ambulance. There were lots of kids and parents there and it reminded me of the Saturday fairs and workshops I'd do with my Dad growing up. Also, the mastermind they had at the front of the store when you walk in is money. He was an older man with a vest on that said "Ask me!" So I did, I needed to know where 48", 5/6" thick steel rods were. "Aisle 21, Bay 5, should be the second tube from the back." Was his answer. It was perfect. In and out in 4 minutes.
