Fantastic staff. Very friendly. Not pushy at all. Great bikes. Very reasonably priced. But the best part is the great service you get after you purchase your bike, can't find the same service at many other LBS. Thanks guys!
I have loved my Fezzari Bikes. Started with a Catania (now the Fiore) road bike 5 years ago, a few years later got my wife and son both a Wasatch Peak 27.5 and then last year got my Wiki Peak 29er which as been with me from Moab to Whistler. Have attached a picture of my 10 year old rocking a jump over his cousins where he cleared about 12 feet in distance.
I can't recommend them enough! Their prices at the level of frame quality and component groupo are much less than any competitor brand in the same level vs. price. Plus, each bike custom built adds even more value at no additional cost.
I have raced cross country mountain bikes for the past three years. Last year I went from Cannondale to Fezzari's Hidden Peak and have absolutely loved my it. It is fast, smooth and high quality. Fezzari is great to work with and bends over backwards to make sure I have been taken care of. I will be buying next bike from Fezzari for sure.
I worked in bicycle shops and raced bicycles for 7 years in my younger years. I have never seen such a great idea for cycling or seen better customer service. Having each bike custom built for each individual customer is an amazing concept and Fezzari does it excellently! Everyone I met at Fezzari were amazing people; very down to earth and full of great information. It has been many years since my last mountain bike and they were all patient with me and answered all of my questions to get caught up with today's bikes. Initially this visit was to purchase a bicycle for my daughter and ended up buying one for myself at the same time!
